Meet River! This adorable ball of fluff came to the SPCA with his siblings, and now they are all looking for their fur-ever homes. He really looks like a cloud on legs. These young bunnies are a mix of Angora, Lionhead, and Dwarf so adopters will need to be prepared for the grooming their long coats will require. They were hand raised in their previous home making them fairly curious and outgoing around people, however adopters will need to be prepared to continue working on getting them comfortable with lots of handling and brushing as they may still be a bit shy.

River is a very inquisitive young bunny, he's always keen to approach people and see what is going on. These babies all have a fairly friendly disposition and may be able to live with rabbit savvy kids and other animals with proper, slow introductions. They will make great additions to any family and would be great with kids who are aware of proper rabbit husbandry. River would love a home where he gets lots of attention and will enjoy having people around who can spoil him because he deserves it. Adopters must show knowledge of the special diet, housing, and care required for rabbits.

River and his siblings aren't quite ready to be adopted yet, as they are waiting for their Spay and Neuter procedures, however Foster-With-Intent may be an option for adopters while they await their appointments. Ask staff for more information.
