The BC Coroner Service is investigating a sudden death after RCMP responded to a home in the 3000 block of Springfield Rd. Tuesday night at 8:30 p.m.
One resident of the area tells Castanet he was walking his dog near 3054 Springfield Rd. around 8:30 p.m. and let us know, "(there is an) apparent death at notorious drug house on Springfield."
RCMP say in a news release that at this point they do not believe the death is criminal in nature however, "the BC Coroners Service is investigating to determine how, where, when and by what means she came to her death."
RCMP indicate they will not be releasing the name of the deceased and that no other information is available at this time.
