I am writing in response to the letter “Follow the Science” from Kim Dobranski, Nov 27th, 2020.
In it, it states, "the birth of the mask was to prevent water droplets entering a wound during surgery or treatment."
Is that not the entire reason for wearing the mask in the first place?
To keep the water droplets coming out of your mouth from getting onto and infecting another person with Covid-19?
It is amazing to see what comes out of our mouths when talking that we don’t necessarily see.
Remember the old saying, “say it, don’t spray it”
That is why I wear a mask.
