The Central Okanagan Public School Board has confirmed another case of coronavirus on Wednesday evening.
Interior Health has disclosed there was a COVID-19 exposure at Glenrosa Middle School in West Kelowna.
"They are self-isolating at home with support from local public health teams. Interior Health follows up with anyone potentially exposed to a confirmed case directly through contact tracing," SD23 stated in a news release Wednesday evening.
There's no indication whether the infected individuals are students, teachers or staff members.
The school board states safety and the well-being of students, families, and staff remains their highest priority.
