Kamloops' Team Brown's loss to Saskatchewan takes them out of playoff contention

A heartbreaking loss against Saskatchewan has left Kamloops' Team Brown out of playoff contention at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts.

On Thursday morning, being down 7-3 in the seventh end, B.C. stormed back to tie it 7-7 going into the 10th.

With the last stone, Saskatchewan's Team Anderson sealed the 8-7 win, knocking Team Brown out of contention.

After a successful two-win day on Tuesday, Brown lost to New Brunswick on Wednesday, making both Thursday games must-wins.

Team Brown will close out round-robin play at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday against Prince Edward Island.
