Blink-182's Travis Barker settles bus crash lawsuit

Barker settles crash lawsuit

Rocker Travis Barker has secured a $100,000 settlement for himself and his son after their vehicle was hit by a school bus driver in 2018.

The Blink-182 star and his boy Landon were injured in the summer crash when the bus driver reportedly made an illegal left turn and collided with the Barkers' SUV near their Calabasas, Calif., home.

Landon, now 17, suffered "neck and back strains" as a result of the incident, while his drummer dad struggled with nerve damage, blood clots, and a staph infection, which forced him to scrap a Blink-182 tour.

Barker filed suit against the bus operator and his company bosses, and now they have finally reached a deal to close the case.

According to court papers obtained by The Blast, Landon will be paid $15,000 , while his father will receive $85,000.

The agreement is now subject to approval by court officials.
