A judge has given Angelina Jolie the OK to sell her interest in the French wine company she shares with ex-husband Brad Pitt.

The actress filed documents in July (21), asking the court to lift a restraining order on the transfer of the former couple's assets, so she could offload her interest in Nouvel, LLC, and a judge has now signed off on the plan, allowing Angelina to sell her portion of the company to a third party.

Brad and Angelina launched Nouvel to help them oversee the Provence chateau and vineyard they bought in 2011.

Jolie still faces legal restrictions on the sale of her interest in the company, but at least she can now entertain prospective buyers.
