Nature’s Fare Markets will be moving its Kamloops store to a new location.
The organic grocery and wellness business announced Thursday it will be relocating into the space vacated by Toys R Us on Notre Dame Drive — a building just steps away from the current Nature’s Fare storefront, on Summit Drive.
Michael Sherwood, CEO of Nature’s Fare Markets, said the new location will offer easier access for customers, good visibility, and more parking.
“We are very excited about the chance to better serve our customers in Kamloops and surrounding area with an expanded space,” Sherwood said in a statement.
According to Nature’s Fare, the new storefront at 500 Notre Dame Drive will give the business an additional 11,000 square feet of space.
“We’re seeing a growing demand for local, organic and natural products and the new location will allow us to offer customers an enhanced and expanded selection,” Sherwood said.
Nature’s Fare, a Vernon-based business, sells organic and local grocery items, vitamins and supplements.
Construction on the new location will be starting in the spring, and the new storefront is expected to open in early 2023.
