Re. New Fortis bill format
Since I can't find an email address for Fortis, I hope (its representatives) will read this here.
The announcement of a new bill format, made by customers, was something I was looking for. However, when I got that bill, I had to scratch my head.
What used to be on one page, is now taking three pages. So much for saving paper. It does not say anything more than the old one did. It’s a waste from A to Z.
I wonder how many hours Fortis wasted to come out with this. There was nothing wrong with the old bill format. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
Will the electricity bill look the same?
