I recently drove on Casorso Road (in Kelowna) (after) it re-opened and consider the upgrades a disaster.
It is impractical and unsafe for cyclists, pedestrians and vehicles. It certainly is not maintenance free.
I consider the upgrades a compete waste of taxpayers’ money.
