Paparazzi in southern California? That’s pretty typical. But this crowd of photographers is getting pictures of a rare snowy owl spotted in a residential neighborhood in Cypress. Experts are trying to figure out why it’s so far from home, and while they want to help the owl, they don’t want to interfere if it’s healthy.
