A unique investment opportunity has come up in the Columbia Valley - an entire hot springs resort that includes a massive parcel of land.

And a golf course that has a total of 45 holes.

The Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is located near Invermere, just down the road from Radium Hot Springs, and Mark Lester's Colliers listing boasts that it has "significant growth potential."

More than 1,200 acres of land are included in the deal, only a fraction of which have already been developed.

The developed portion includes a main lodge and cabins with a combined total of 151 guest rooms, all connected to what the listing rightly claims are "Canada's largest natural mineral hot springs," which they highlight as "a key distinguishing competitive advantage."

Lester tells Glacier Media that the price is "within the 50 million dollar range."
