The Okanagan Sun managed to place just one player on the CJFL Offensive All-Canadian squad.
Offensive lineman Daniel Townsend was named an all-Canadian.
The 21-year-old is in his second season with the Sun.
Townsend was one of four BC Football Conference players named an offensive all-Canadian.
He's joined by:
- Lineman Nikos Lazarakis – Langley Rams
- Receiver North Rainey – VI Raiders
- Running back Andrew Pocrnic – Langley Rams
Yesterday, the Sun lineman Cory McCoy and linebacker Tyler Going were named CJFL Defensive All-Canadians.
Major CJFL awards will be announced Friday evening, prior to the 115th Canadian Bowl in Langley between the Rams and Saskatoon Hilltops.
