The West Kelowna Warriors added blueline depth at the BC Hockey League trade deadline.
The Warriors Tuesday acquired 17-year-old defenceman Landen Hilditch from the Surrey Eagles for future considerations.
The six-foot-three, 192 pound Hilditch has one assist in 17 games during his inaugural BCHL season.
"It was always our intention to carry 8-D for depth this season," said Warriors head coach and GM Simon Ferguson.
"Landon is a big, physical two-way defenceman who we think will be an excellent defender in this league this year and beyond."
