Manitobans Face Anthrax-West Nile

Having endured the mad cow crisis, farmers in southwestern Manitoba are now dealing with a disease that kills cattle. An anthrax outbreak has killed 25 animals (22 cows and three horses) and resulted in nine farms being quarantined for 30 days.CTV
