A restraining order filed against R&B singer Tamar Braxton by her ex-fiance has been dismissed after a court no-show.
Financier David Adefeso was granted temporary protection last year after accusing Braxton of attacking him while he was driving, and threatening to have him killed - allegations the star denied in October.
A Los Angeles hearing about the matter was scheduled for Tuesday, but neither party turned up, prompting the judge to dismiss the case and dissolve the restraining order, reports TMZ.
Representatives for Braxton have yet to comment on the news.
She and Adefeso were engaged for several months before their relationship broke down at the end of the summer, just weeks after the singer attempted to take her own life.
