Tim McGraw goes face to face with heckler at Reno show

McGraw confronts heckler

Tim McGraw halted a concert in Reno, Nevada on Saturday night to address a heckler who booed him for forgetting his song lyrics.

The angry country star stopped the show at the Nugget Event Center after stumbling over the words and upsetting one fan in particular.

In video footage of the incident, Tim can be heard asking the heckler why he was booing him and urging him to leave if he wasn't happy.

But the stand-off didn't end there - Tim jumped off the stage and tackled the heckler and his guest face to face.

Returning to the stage, Tim addressed his performance, asking fans to forgive him if he forgot a line or two and explaining he had been shooting Yellowstone prequel 1883 for 48 hours straight.

"I'm not going through a mid-life crisis," he said. "I don't know how many of y'all know this, but we're shooting a film called 1883... and we've shot 48 hours straight... and we showed up to do a show for you guys tonight because we love you...

"I'm old and I'm shooting a movie and I'm working with my wife, so there are a lot of variables in that situation, so if I forget the words sing along with me and help me out."
