Titanic star Leonardo DiCaprio has sold the beachside home in Malibu, California he's owned since 1998.
The Oscar winner sold the Carbon Beach property for $10.3 million , $300,000 over his asking price, according to TMZ.
He bought the three-bedroom, two-bath home for $1.6 million a year after headlining James Cameron's 1997 blockbuster.
Prior to selling the place, Leo was renting it out for a cool $25,000 a month, also according to TMZ.
But the actor and activist is staying close to the ocean in the fashionable Los Angeles suburb, having bought a nearby four-bedroom house in a gated community for $13.8 million in September (21).
