Actors Studio Announces Addition to One Act Festival!

Local actors of all ages are invited to submit a monologue for competition in the adjudicated One Act Festival at Kelowna Actors Studio, October 21-23rd, 2004. Participants will receive both a public and private adjudication from Artistic Director, Randy Leslie and will compete for Best Male and Best Female Monologue "Jester" awards.

"This is a great opportunity for local performers to get some feedback on a monologue used for auditions or other festival entries" says Leslie. "Nevermind the thrill of just getting to perform in front of an audience and participate in a 'Tony' style awards banquet."

A maximum of 8 monologue entries will be accepted for presentation at this year's festival. Monologues must be less than 5 minutes in length. All registrants must supply a typed copy their material as well as a $30 registration fee. Deadline for submission is October 8th, 2004.
