Kamloops Venom win streak hits six after topping Flames again

The Kamloops Venom continue to roll, winning their sixth-straight Thompson Okanagan Junior Lacrosse League (TOJLL) game last night (June 3) against the South Okanagan Flames 15-8.

Trey Dergousoff led the way with a six-point night (four goals and two assists). Mason Suppanz had a hat trick, Jordan Bunce had a pair of goals and Drew Bannister, Chris Finden, Kordell Primus, Zack Hebden, Mack Stead and Kaden Dempsey each added one.

Between the pipes, Troy Cuzzetto had 40 saves on 48 shots.

The Venom lead the three-team league with an 8-1 record, giving them a nine-point cushion over these second-place Flames. 

Kamloops' next game is this Saturday (June 8) at the Memorial Arena against the Vernon Tigers. The game starts at 7:30 p.m.
