The TNRL announces its summer programming for the whole family.

Free summer fun at library

The Thompson-Nicola Regional Library is planning free summer fun for residents of all ages.

The library has announced its summer programming, highlighting activities for kids, tweens, teens and adults.

For children 12 and under, there is a range of activities from story time to a crime investigation course, all free for Thompson-Nicola Regional District residents.

Teens and tweens can look forward to Nintendo Switch tournaments, continued Dungeons and Dragons campaigns and even a pen-pal exchange program.

The fun isn’t just for the youngsters. Adults can take park in the craft-to-go program, focusing on upcycling, as well as many other remote activities.

The library’s final author event for the season will take place on July 8, featuring Vancouver-based screenwriter and author Roslyn Muir.
