A rendering of the new Riverside splash park was released this week by the City of Kamloops.
The rendering is a visual representation of what the park will look like once construction is complete — in time for the summer heat if things go according to schedule.
The video depicts several spray fountains, a play structure with slides and a multi level sensory board.
Construction at Riverside is well underway. The splash park is just one of the several upgrades planned in the $5.2 million dollar project being completed at the downtown park.
The Riverside Park project started in November and is expected to be complete this summer.
