Overlanders Day will return to Brocklehurst Park in July, NSBIA says

Overlanders Day returns

Overlanders Day will be making a comeback this summer.

According to the North Shore Business Improvement Association, which hosts the event, the seventh annual Interior Savings Overlanders Day will be held once again on July 24.

Patti Phillips, NSBIA event organizer, said there will be something for everyone, including food and business vendors, live music, a petting zoo, a pizza-eating contest, dog races and a toonie swim.

“I am so excited to finally get this amazing family festival into motion once again,” Phillips said in a statement.

According to the NSBIA, entertainment will include Jeremy Kneeshaw, Pokotillo Ukrainian Dancers, Mad Scientists Reggae and David Coalmine.

The NSBIA said the Interior Savings Overlanders Day will run from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. in Brocklehurst Park.
