ORIGINAL: 1:10 p.m.
Police raided the Hells Angels clubhouse in Kelowna Monday as part of a stolen property investigation.
There were four people inside the clubhouse at the time – three full-patch members and an associate. The HA associate was taken into custody.
Police focused their investigation on a trailer parked at the property, and it appears they were planning to tow it away.
The clubhouse at 837 Ellis Street is part of a civil forfeiture battle between the Hells Angels and the B.C. government. They are allowed to use it during the court proceedings.
