RCMP officers requested the assistance of the Kelowna Fire Department Monday evening to deal with an incident on the water near the Kelowna Yacht Club.
Firefighters arrived at the scene at about 6:15 p.m.
The boat was located at about 6:40 p.m. near the end of Morrison Avenue.
