With Canada Day celebrations being cancelled across the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic, cities and districts had to get a little creative with their festivities.
The District of Peachland will be hosting a variety of activities from a blood drive event, to a crafts corner and even an outdoor scavenger hunt.
The Peachland Chamber of Commerce will also be putting on neighbourhood parades and pop-up concerts throughout the area from 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
"Enjoy the concert from your home or that of a friend of neighbour - or join one of our two public locations at the Community Centre (3:30 p.m.) or by Vantage One Credit union (9:00 p.m.)," writes the district on their Facebook page.
"We will be handing out snacks, flags, swag bags, and gift cards!" writes the Peachland Chamber of Commerce on their Facebook page.
