The Thompson Okanagan is in for a mild week ahead, according to Environment Canada.

"We are running about five to six degrees above seasonal," said Environment Canada Meteorologist Jonathan Bau.

"We have a little bit of a weak ridge move through for Monday with mostly cloudy skies. A little bit windy through the afternoon," Bau added.

Across the region Monday will see a high of 6 C, with a low of 3 C.

"Tuesday we have another front moving through the area and so that will bring some showers. We are still under a warm-ish airmass. Looking at a high of about 6 degrees," Bau aded.

Wednesday will see sunshine with a high of 6 C.

Thursday's forecast calls for a high of 4 C with a mix of sun and cloud.

Both Friday and Saturday we can expect mostly cloudy periods with a high of 5 C.
