Small dogs bite most

Please for the love of everything we all hold dear, stop blaming a breed of dog for what some absolute idiot trained it to do.

I'm a 50-year-old grandmother of many. In all my years, I've never been afraid of a dog or cat. I've met some of both that people said to be careful of that were nothing but loving to me. When I was young, it was dobermans. Cycled through rottweilers and even hit on German shepherds among others.

Get a clue. All animals can, through bad handling, be dangerous. I have knives in my house. I've never stabbed anyone. Should I get rid of my knives?

Educate yourselves. Quit perpetuating myths like they have locking jaws. A Pitt bull skull is exactly the same as other canines.

Bad handling is what causes issues. If these were people you were talking about, you would be considered racist. Stop generalizing and condemning a whole breed based on the actions of a few really bad people. Punish the people.

The only people I've ever known to be bitten by dogs? They were all bitten by small dogs, 20 pounds or less!

Please stop this nonsense. Start arresting criminals who train them for their own needs. Or those who get a pitt bull type dog to bolster their own inadequacies and should never own any type of animal at all.
