Something smells

My house is 1,700 sq. feet. Under current guidelines only my self, my wife and six others can be inside at any one time. A school classroom of 800 sq. ft can have 25 students plus the teacher and any assistants required occupying it.

In my house each person would have 212 sq. ft of personal space, in the classroom each occupant would be restricted to 30 sq. ft of personal space. I am neither scientist nor mathematician, but if something smells rotten it usually is.
