A bright idea

We have a great assortment of excellent food trucks in this city. Why not allow these trucks to congregate at Prospera Place on a regular basis? This empty lot is not being used for anything else at the moment. I believe this central location would be popular and most welcome as all the indoor dining places are currently closed. Plenty of parking available - make the parking free during lunch and dinner hours.
