Theatre of Basran the woke

Garry Rayner writes about “communist treachery” and lo and behold as if it was a gift from the gods, we have the words of the arch prince of wokery, the costumed clown of political correctness himself Mayor Colin Basran to entertain us.

During a recent RDCO board meeting Basran made the comments “I would say that listening to the public for every decision we make is called populism and that’s not good leadership,” and “public input is an important part but it shouldn’t always dictate the decision we make.”

Oh dear Colin, you really don't get democracy. You listen to the public and act on public guidance on issues, rather than following agendas, being influenced by self interest, and driving your own personal ideology. True democracy is bottom-up, not top-down. You're paid by the people to act for the people. Yet Canada is now moving in a different more malevolent direction. We created indebtedness and increased taxation instead of regenerating our economy though rapid reopening and we prolonged the 15 months of misery, the great era of despair. The desperate fearful population cling grimly to the comfort blanket of oppressive health tyranny instead of opting for personal responsibility, risk management and freedom. They beg for handouts, grants and enhanced EI instead of getting back to the business of working and making a profit. This isn't the nation our forepersons founded.

The likes of Basran are driven by their own extremist socio-political ideologies. End goals and agendas drive their worldview rather than what drives the needs of the broader more moderate voter. Rainbow crosswalks instead of jobs and prosperity. Virtue signalling rather than hard measurable deliverables. Racism in everything they see instead of the reality that we live in a beautiful country crammed full of diversity and a wholeness that demonstrates, in the real world outside of Basranland, that 99.9% of Canadians coexist in harmony. The cancerous toxic nature of people like Basran is that they see negativity and personal political affront in everything they look at. Everything is an opportunity to virtue signal. They exist in a world of perpetual drama. For them to lead meaningful lives, drama must be whipped up at every opportunity. Division must be created in all things. “They” divide us. Governments at various levels and psychopathic religious maniacs. “We” do not commit such terrible acts, yet their divisive behaviour erodes our strength and unity.

We are allegedly “all in this together” (communism) as Basran drives the wet housing agenda, plonking facilities in residential neighbourhoods, adjacent to schools. Destroying people's hard earned assets (reduced home equity, property saleability) yet somehow, Basran's neighbourhood and protected suburban idylls such as the Lower/Upper Mission avoid such fate. Because some are more “in this together” than others. In this dystopian Animal Farm reality of modern life, it is all about the image and perception rather than the reality. One does not simply approve a wet house in Kettle Valley, because some are more equal than others.

Talking of theatre, at this week's G7 meeting of global political illuminus, none of the elite had to wear masks, there was a distinct lack of socialist distancing, and apparently no quarantine period was required. Junior was able to enjoy a luxury standard of quarantine when he returned to Canada. Attendees flew in on jets, watched a display of the Red Arrows, and ate BBQ food. Last time I checked propane and jet fuel are hydrocarbons. But climate change! But global warming! Leadership by example is sadly missing from this political theatre. Zoom meetings are for thee, but not for me. My private jet awaits, global peasant class. Know your place in the new order of things, and do as you are told.

If people can't see the total theatre involved in this sham, then there's no future for humanity. We are doomed if people cannot see through all this. The occult (from the Latin word occultus "clandestine, hidden, secret") is now coming out from the shadows and we can see for ourselves the farcical truth of all matters pandemic and climate change related. Are you looking forward to your carbon taxes and climate change lockdowns? Somewhere in the world, right now, someone is clamouring to put “fart collectors” on cows. Perhaps they could research the fact that modern cow feed causes the increase in methane production, and in a natural environment, cows would not produce so much. Fix the root cause, not the symptoms.

This week's current affairs topic within the miasma of the global casedemic includes more proof of live bat colonies and exposure to virology researchers in Wuhan. We've come a long way from wet markets and bat soup. Seems it's unravelling bit by bit. The Narrative is slowly falling apart, as yet another US state this week (AZ) rejects it, and banned the odious oppressive tactics of health tyranny from its schools.

Don't fall for the distraction tactics of division.
