Allow unvaxed EI

My personal opinion is any health care professionals losing their jobs due to not taking the vaccine should be able to collect EI while they look for other employment.

These men and woman have gone to school and dedicated themselves to helping people. There could be lots of different reasons why they choose not to get the vaccine. Losing their job is a huge sacrifice, no need to punish the children and the rest of the family.
