Use app to cross the border

They don’t tell you this on the news, so be careful out there.

We did a crossing today to Oroville, Wash. to see what was in the mailbox at the post office.

We stopped at Canada Customs on the way down to confirm that same-day trips are OK.

We were told, “Yes, certainly, you are welcome to come down for the day, as long as you go on to the ArriveCAN app each and every time you visit the U.S., or else you will be like the other 100 or so people that I have already had to send home today to quarantine for two weeks.”

Yikes! Glad we stopped in.

Went home and used the app. It took about 20 minutes. We went back downnd were third in line. There was no waiting.
