Re. Mark Levey's letter No time for apps (Castanet, Nov. 28)
I would like to recognize and emphasize Mark Levey’s letter regarding the homeless, as a person who realizes that, but for a few quirks of fate, I could be among them.
Instead, I have the ability to give them substantial sums of money. I do that many times of year but I mistakenly congratulate myself for my altruism.
Levey correctly points out that human contact is more important than money. I will try to do better in the future.
