Bad drivers, busy auto shops

Re: Sean Clark's letter Not taking tow-ins (Castanet, Feb. 7)

My neighbour’s vehicle was rear-ended in a parking lot last year.

There was damage to the trunk and bumper but it was drivable. He had to wait four months before he could bring it in. Supply of parts is the main issue, I believe.

Of course one only has to watch the way people drive in Kelowna, or read the daily accident reports, to understand why body shops are so busy.

As I always tell friends, “If you want to make money in Kelowna, open a body shop, brake shop or a tattoo parlour.
