Why do the nurses, let go by the health system, think they were right in ignoring their employers' direction and requirements to do their job?
In all professions, ignoring your employers directions is a reason to have your job terminated, particularly in health care and other essential services like policing. There are serious consequences in these positions if rules are ignored. In health care, what would happen if a nurse didn't deliver the correct medication to a patient because the nurse didn't believe in giving that drug to the patient?
They should lose their jobs.
