Attempted teen abduction

RCMP are trying to identify two men allegedly involved in the attempted abduction of a 15-year-old girl in Peachland.
 
According to police, a call was received Saturday evening, shortly before 8 p.m., concerning the incident in the tunnel between Beach and Princeton avenues.

Two unidentified men were said to have approached the teen. One grabbed her wrists and the other started to push her into the tunnel. 

An unidentified woman entered the tunnel and interrupted the incident. The two men let go and fled toward Beach Avenue.
 
The teen and the unidentified woman exited the Princeton side of the tunnel, where they observed the men depart in a black sedan. The vehicle departed at a high rate of speed, southbound on Highway 97.

The first man is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • 30-40 years old
  • Approximately five feet 11 inches tall with a skinny build
  • Wearing a black hoodie with zipper and white drawstrings
  • Light blue jeans
  • Black skater shoes

The second man is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • 30-40 years old
  • Red or burgundy hoodie with hood up

The suspect vehicle is described as:

  • Black sedan
  • Alberta licence plate

The teen was uninjured in the incident.
