Fire ripped through a downtown business over the weekend.
On Sunday afternoon, the Wild Rose Cottage on Penticton's Main Street went up in flames.
Two fire crews had to be called in to fight the blaze, which broke out just after 4 p.m.
Officials say the fire may have started in the rear of the building near the furnace before spreading to the walls.
No one was in the store or the second floor apartments at the time.
RCMP closed off the 200-block of Main Street for about two hours as fire crews fought the blaze.
Damage to the store is extreme. Neighbouring stores, The Peach City Runners and the Smartshopper Discount store, received some smoke and water damage.
