Summerland outpatient laboratory to temporarily close

The Summerland Health Centre Outpatient Laboratory will be temporarily closed starting Nov. 16 for an indefinite amount of time.

Patients with existing appointments should expect to be notified where their appointment can be moved.

ECG service is available in Penticton at the Regional Hospital or at Okanagan Clinical Labs.

• Penticton Regional Hospital Laboratory, 550 Carmi Avenue, Monday to Friday. Book online here.
• Okanagan Clinical Laboratory, 383 Ellis Street and 2504 Skaha Lake Road Penticton, Monday to Friday
• Valley Medical Laboratory, 5500 Clements Crescent Peachland, Monday to Friday. Book online here.

Interior Health has not provided a reason for the closure.
