Boil water notice in Osoyoos expanded

The Town of Osoyoos has expanded the boundary of a precautionary boil water notice.

Areas of the west part of town now including Dividend Ridge and Golf Course are under the notice due to increased levels of turbidity.

"Crews are currently working in the affected areas conducting water quality monitoring and flushing the water distribution system," explains the Town in a news release.

The Town of Osoyoos and Interior Health recommend all individuals should be boiling water for a minimum of one minute or find a safe alternative until further notice.
