The first phase of the MaraHills Golf Resort RV lot development is now sold out.
The lots went up for auction Saturday, August 13 with all 100 available lots being sold for a total of $13 million.
“The sale was great! It’s fun to see bidders win a bid and to get the RV lot of their choice. The lots are fantastic, bidders are happy and the developer is happy too so it was a great day,” says Landon Lovig, auctioneer.
The sites are being auctioned off by PintoWest properties and more than 400 people took part in the auction either in-person or online.
“An auction is a great and fun approach to purchasing all manner of things, even real estate,” says project developer and auctioneer Brian Lovig.
MaraHills is a master planned community on Mara Lake featuring a 264-acre waterfront property with a marina, restaurant, bar and 18 hole golf course. Future development plans include a hotel, commercial and recreational lots.
PintoWest properties purchased Hyde Mountain Golf Resort in 2021 for $5.3 million and created plans to develop the 264-acre waterfront property for future residential, commercial and recreational units.
The lots will be created within five zones to be developed and marketed by auction, with a potential for development of up to 1,000 units, including a hotel, residential, recreational, RV lots and 150 boat slips in the marina.
