Kamloops Blazers forward Logan Stankoven is going to Dallas.
The WHL forward and Assistant Captain for the Blazers was selected by the Dallas Stars in the second round, 47th overall in the NHL draft.
Stankoven, born and raised in Kamloops, won a gold medal for Canada at the Under-18 World Championship earlier this year in Texas.
And now it’s back to Texas for the young hockey star, after making the NHL Central Scouting rankings, many are not surprised he’s now been drafted.
