Markus Naslund has denied reports that he's been playing with an injured elbow. The Vancouver Sun reported Friday the Canucks captain has been playing with a hyper-extended left elbow for the last month but following practice Friday, Naslund denied that he's having troubles.
According to Naslund, the report was misinterpreted after Swedish reporters asked the winger about his injured elbow. Today, Naslund told TSN that he hasn't had any treatment on the elbow in quit some time while Canucks head coach Marc Crawford said it's been weeks since he's had his elbow looked at.
