Vantage West Realty founder to offer investing insight for looming economic slump

Invest well during recession

The economy is set to enter a downturn, but local real estate expert AJ Hazzi says that is no reason for investors to panic.

In fact, the Vantage West Realty founder believes it is the perfect time for people to turn a profit in the changing real estate market.

Hazzi will be conducting a live event on Thursday, Dec. 1, at Kelowna’s Innovation Centre. Those who attend will get advice on having a winning strategy optimized for a bear market.

“There will be more millionaires created during this downturn than ever before in history,” Hazzi says.

Hazzi has more than 20 years of investing experience and is a Realtor, licensed broker, property manager and new home builder in addition to his role leading Vantage West. He has a wide and experienced portfolio in the Okanagan Valley that has been the result of more than two decades of work. Hazzi has seen it all during his career, and he is ready to share them to those who are interested in pursuing the same kind of success.

“Whether you’re a green real estate investor or you’ve got plenty of notches on your belt, this workshop will give you the tools and knowledge you need to rise out on top and recession-proof your investments,” Hazzi says.

Hazzi is so confident about the Okanagan Real Estate Investors’ Workshop that participants will leave with $1,000 in guaranteed business value or they will have their ticket price refunded.

The workshop will cover other areas like identifying potential opportunities, negotiating deals, maximizing return on investment, the secrets to investing without using banks and learning how to structure joint-venture deals.

Those who attend will also have access to the event’s recording.

Okanagan Real Estate Investors’ Workshop will be held in Innovation Centre’s lecture theatre, beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1, and proceeds will go to Christmas hampers for families in need.
