Vernon Search and Rescue is looking to sell off one its rescue vessels.
Their 2006 Harbercraft Jet Boat is on the market, and the group is looking to sell it to another Search and Rescue organization.
"It has a 240 HP Mercury Inboard Jet Drive, and is an excellent swiftwater and flat water rescue boat," says Vernon SAR. "The boat is in excellent condition and has been a great asset for our group, but we just don’t need four boats anymore."
Vernon Search and Rescue is only accepting offers from other Search and Rescue groups at this time until July 23. If they are unable to sell it by then, the boat will be offered to the public for sale.
