Traffic was briefly slowed on Vernon's busy 27th Street after a double rear-end collision about 2 p.m.
A Chevy pickup hit the back of a Toyota Solara, pushing it into the rear end of a Kia Soul SUV.
Both the truck and SUV looked none the worse for wear, but the rear bumper was ripped off the Toyota in the impact at the intersection of 46th Avenue, across from the old Canadian Tire building.
No one was injured in the collision, and the scene was quickly cleared.
Firefighters, paramedics and police attended the incident.
