Armstrong Regional Co-op raises over $8,000 for Canadian Red Cross wildfire relief

Armstrong Regional Co-op and its customers raised thousands of dollars for Canadian Red Cross wildfire relief efforts in B.C.

Throughout the month of August, the Co-op accepted donations at its three gas bars.

The gas stations matched all customer donations, and Federated Co-operatives Limited matched the Co-op’s donations.

In total, $8,844 will be donated to Red Cross wildfire relief efforts.

“Thank you to all of our members and customers for stepping up to support our community and our neighbours!” Co-op spokesperson Jason Keis said.
