The WHL had to make adjustments to the regular season schedule in the RE/MAX Hub Centres of Kamloops and Kelowna

WHL schedule changes

The Western Hockey Leagues has been shuffling the regular season schedule to cope with the impacts of COVID-19, and it's made some changes through to April 8.

The Kamloops Blazers will now play the Victoria Royals as the away team in Kelowna at 7:05 p.m. Saturday night. They will then come back to the Sandman Centre as the away team against Vancouver at 7 p.m. on April 5.

Prince George will host Vancouver in Kamloops on April 4, and the reverse is yet to be scheduled.

There are no changes to the games scheduled for April 6 and 7, but no games will be played in either RE/MAX Hub Centres on April 8.

The schedule will continue to be updated as needed.

The Blazers sit at a perfect 3-0 heading into Saturday’s first game against the Royals this season.

Meanwhile, the Kelowna Rockets are currently sidelined after several of their hockey staff contracted COVID-19.
