Two COVID-19 outbreaks in Okanagan elementary schools have been declared over, according to Interior Health.
The health authority made the announcement on Tuesday afternoon, saying both Mar Jok elementary in West Kelowna and Enderby’s M.V. Beattie elementary have reopened.
Mar Jok elementary has been closed since Thursday, Nov. 11.
M.V. Beattie has been closed since Nov. 15. According to the North-Okanagan Shuswap School District, three whole classes at the elementary school had been in isolation in early November due to COVID-19.
