Mya Toews is currently a student at UVic and heading into her 3rd year.

She is obtaining her bachelors of science degree, with a major in psychology, and a minor in professional writing in journalism and publishing.

Mya came back to her hometown of Kamloops for the summer to work as a news intern at Castanet.

When she is not working or studying, she loves to read and hike the beautiful trails of the okanagan.
